For those of us who do not have a pool it gets REALLY hard trying to stay cool. Especially for those of us who are in the older crowd. What are your tips and tricks to stay cool in this type if heat?

Cool cloth on my head, run my wrists under cold water. There is always old faithful... taking a dip in the ocean!
