Dear Stella,
A co-worker of mine has taken to cutting his finger nails in our office
which is a cubicle setting. Not only is the sound disturbing but yesterday a
nail clipping dive bombed my head over the cubicle wall. Do I tell HR? Talk to
him directly?

Dear Hiding from nails,
What the hell kind of a place do you work in where people clip nails in their
cubicle?!?!! I'm swallowing down a dry heave right now. I would approach the
person, ask them to kindly stop because a nail flew in your face and you would
rather not have a fungal infection in your eye. If it does not stop, then
contact HR.
