NON-PROFIT OF THE WEEK

UPDATE: Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate, Inc.
updated: Aug 21, 2011, 6:49 PM

UPDATE

Last week we chose the Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate, Inc. as our Non-Profit of The Week. After recently speaking to Robert A. Fiore, President and Founder, we learned some amazing news. This amazing Non-Profit was now going to be on TV!!!! Here is what is being said about their newest endeavor.

Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate is going to the next level to make people "Aware About Epilepsy".

We are proud to announce our Organization now has its own TV show titled: "Epilepsy Stories". A lot of time and effort has gone into making this. Follow this link to directly connect to it. www.ct-ea.org/tvshow.html

Our show is a 30 minute monthly show and we interview people and discuss the many aspects of Epilepsy. Be it other Non-Profit Organizations, people with various types of Epilepsy, or doctors to get their professional point of view about Epilepsy, we are talking about Epilepsy!

Our show is produced at Charter Community Vision 21 in Newtown, Connecticut. Their Public Access Channel serves Trumbull, Monroe, Newtown, Brookfield, New Fairfield, Sherman, Washington, Kent, Bridgewater, Roxbury, Southbury, Woodbury, Bethlehem, and New Milford, Connecticut.

Now if you do not reside in any of those towns, fear not. We will be putting each of our shows right here on our web sites TV Show page and YouTube. If you do reside in Connecticut but are outside of the cities and towns listed please contact your Public Access Channel and request they air it. The same request can be made to AT&T Universal. Presently they carry other Public Access Channels but not Charter Community Vision 21.

Thank you, as always, for your support of Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate. Together, we can make our communities more "Aware About Epilepsy".
